Find Your Meeting Point:

Use this section to get details of our meeting points.  We leave early to avoid the worst traffic and start our sightseeing before the crowds.  Each of the tours departs from a different stop so be sure to check the correct tour in the sections below.  If in doubt check your booking confirmation email.  Please allow extra time for your journey and aim to arrive 15 minutes before departure.  You can email us to info@daytourslondon.com if you need additional assistance.  PLEASE REMEMBER JOURNEYS TAKE LONGER IN THE MORNING THAN IF YOU CHECK AT OFF PEAK TIMES!  ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME AS IF YOU ARE LATE WE CAN NOT WAIT!  Check www.tfl.gov.uk to plan travel by public transport.

If using a taxi or private hire service, please be aware journeys take longer at peak times than if you estimate your journey times online at a quieter time of day.  Please allow ample time for your journey, especially on weekdays.  Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the departure time.

Our meeting points are easily accessible from most parts of London.  They are carefully chosen to allow each tour to depart efficiently, and less time wasted in traffic.  Early departure times mean less time in rush hour traffic.

Use the Journey Planner at www.tfl.gov.uk to find the quickest route or email us at info@daytourslondon.com if you need travel advice to get to the meeting point.

Tour Operators in London do not offer pick-ups from individual hotels throughout the city. London is one of the biggest cities in the world and therefore, this would take a lot of time. Using the London Underground is the fastest way to travel to our departure points.

Our policy is to leave early to get ahead of all the traffic that can often delay a journey in London. This means that we arrive at our first stop, such as Stonehenge before crowds arrive! We firmly believe that is this great for our clients, as sites can become very congested with visitors. We understand that the early start means you have to wake up earlier during your holidays, but it is well worth the effort to have a much more enjoyable and relaxed day’s touring. Most hotels provide an early morning breakfast option!

Please arrive at your meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure and please allow ample time for your journey, as it is not uncommon to have slight delays on the London Underground.  If using a taxi or private hire service, please be aware journeys take longer at peak times and allow ample time for your journey, especially on weekdays.
